How to Use the CCT Directory
A step-by-step guide to logging in, updating your profile, uploading your catalogue, and getting maximum visibility on the portal.
Getting Started
Follow these steps to set up and make the most of your membership.
Step 1 — Log In
Go to the Member Login link in the top navigation. Enter your registered email and the shared password provided by the Chamber office. You will receive a one-time OTP on your email — enter it within 5 minutes to access your dashboard.
Step 2 — Complete Your Profile
From your Dashboard, click "Edit Profile" to fill in your business name, address, phone, email, GST number, website, and a description of your products & services. A complete profile builds credibility and attracts more enquiries.
Step 3 — Browse the Directory
Visit the Member Directory to explore 500+ businesses across 48 trade categories. Use the search bar, category filters, or alphabet index to find suppliers, buyers, and partners. Click any listing to view their full profile and catalogue.
Step 4 — Send Enquiries
On any member's profile page, use the "Send Enquiry" button to contact them directly. Your message goes straight to their registered email — a fast, professional way to initiate trade conversations.
Step 5 — Upload Your Catalogue
If you have a Bronze, Silver, or Gold advertisement tier, log in and go to your Dashboard. Scroll to the Product Catalogue section and click "Add Item" to upload product photos or PDF catalogues with title, description, and price. These appear on your public profile page.
What You Can Do — By Advertisement Tier
Your advertisement tier determines your catalogue slots and directory visibility. Contact the Chamber office to upgrade.

To upgrade your tier, log in to your Dashboard and use the upgrade cards, or email support@calcuttachamberoftrade.com.
Tips for Maximum Visibility
Small actions that make a big difference to how buyers find and contact you.
Fill every field in your profile — members with complete descriptions get more clicks and enquiries.
Use all your catalogue slots — product images show as a mini-preview on directory cards, drawing visitors to your profile.
Gold members: ask the Chamber office to activate your Prominent (featured) status to appear on the homepage carousel.
Add your website URL to your profile — visitors can click through directly from your directory listing.
Upload a PDF catalogue as a catalogue item — buyers can download your full product range from your profile page.
Upgrade your tier anytime — log in and use the upgrade cards on your Dashboard to contact the Chamber office.
Add CCT Directory to Your Phone as an App
Install the CCT Directory on your Home Screen for one-tap access — no app store needed.
iPhone / iPad
- 1Open Safari.
- 2Go to calcuttachamberoftrade.com.
- 3Tap the Share button ⬆️ at the bottom of the screen.
- 4Tap Add to Home Screen.
- 5Turn ON the "Open as Web App" toggle.
- 6Keep the name as Calcutta Chamber of Trade.
- 7Tap Add.
The Calcutta Chamber of Trade icon will appear on your Home Screen like an app.
Android
- 1Open Chrome.
- 2Go to calcuttachamberoftrade.com.
- 3Tap the ⋮ menu in the top-right corner.
- 4Tap Add to Home screen or Install app.
- 5Tap Install to confirm.
The website will be available from your Home Screen like an app.
